

sometimes it says Collecting printer status. sometimes it says printer not responding. When i try to print wirelessly it takes forever if at all.

When i bought it, the spec had a tick at the side of auto duplex and it does not do this. Worst printer in the world or am i just unlucky. Any ideas what the issue is with the program? Clearly the scanner works and is reachable, but the Navigator program won't work. This is a new machine and this is the only printer/scanner software installed. However, scan size and multipage limitations in these applications prevent using them in place of Navigator. So problem is with the Navigator application, specifically. Successfully scanned using 'Fax and Scan' & 'Microsoft Scan' applications, proving that the driver is working and the scanner is reachable.

Installed the current printer drivers and the MP Navigator EX software. Recently replaced the PC with a new Dell XPS running Windows 10 圆4 Home. It has worked fine for years for printing and scanning. We have a PIXMA MG5220, setup for wireless.
